Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment. The $600 setup fee is due upon signing this agreement. Payment accepted via Zelle, Venmo, cash, or credit card. Work begins after payment is received.
  2. Timeline. EWNexus will deliver a working website within 3 business days of receiving this signed agreement, full payment, and all required client content (logo, photos, services list, contact info).
  3. Revisions. Three (3) rounds of revisions are included. Each revision round must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Additional revisions are $150 each.
  4. Domain. Client owns their domain. EWNexus will assist with registration at cost ($10–$20/year). Domain credentials are always given to the client.
  5. Hosting. Year 1 hosting is included. Hosting is provisioned on client's own account (client owns the account and data). Year 2+ renewal is $150/year, which includes 2 content updates and hosting renewal.
  6. AI Chatbot. If selected, the AI chatbot add-on is $10/month, billed monthly. EWNexus manages all AI API keys centrally — clients do not need their own AI accounts. EWNexus may terminate this add-on with 30 days notice.
  7. Content. Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, and owns all content. EWNexus may use the completed website as a portfolio example unless client requests otherwise.
  8. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, client owns the completed website files. The underlying base framework and templates remain EWNexus property.
  9. Cancellation. If client cancels after payment but before delivery, a $150 cancellation fee is retained to cover work already completed. The remainder is refunded.
  10. Limitation of Liability. EWNexus is not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or internet infrastructure beyond our control.
